Edwin Miguel Villalobos is a student of the last term [of the program of law] of Universidad Colegio Mayor de Cundinamarca. In his work, he has provided comprehensive support to the tax litigation team, carrying out diverse activities. This has enabled him to become familiar with paperwork actions done by delegation with the tax authorities (DIAN, the national tax authority, the Office of the Secretary of Finance of Bogotá, Colombia, and other similar government agencies), as well as in respect of tax litigation proceedings being pursued before a number of courts – administrative judges, administrative courts and the so-called Council of State (the administrative and tax court of appeals of Colombia).

In this way, he has ample experience in the work of doing detailed follow-up on the course of tax litigation proceedings and in the carrying out of a number of paperwork actions before diverse administrative tax authorities. He also provides administrative support to the litigation team, in matters that relate to citations, judicial and administrative terms and time limits, preparation of briefs, reports of proceedings and coordination of outside legal clerks at national level.
