Catalina provides legal advice in tax matters to a number of national and multinational companies. Her interdisciplinary studies have enabled her to give support for the structuring and implementation of projects that are efficient tax wise in the sectors of infrastructure, renewable power generation, exploration for and production of hydrocarbons, among others.

Likewise, Catalina has ample experience in providing support to clients in litigation relating to national and territorial taxes. This includes discussions and debates of high technical level relating to transfer pricing regulations

Another strength of Catalina relates to the provision to professional associations and particular industries of advice in point of tax policies. This includes the preparation of proposed bills of law and the discussion of same with the pertinent governmental authorities.

In her daily work, Catalina gives support to clients in the financial, mobile telephone, infrastructure and oil and gas sectors, among others, in their making of efficient and timely decisions in tax matters.
