Andrea has ample experience in foreign trade, customs duties and foreign-exchange regulations matters. She provides legal advice to national and international clients of various sectors of the economy, in matters that relate to the planning and structuring of customs, foreign trade and foreign-exchange transactions.

She provides support to her clients in her advisory work, in respect of the implementation of tools for the optimization of their foreign trade transactions. These special tools include free-trade zones, international sales/marketing companies, special import/export programs (like the so-called Plan Vallejo import export program) and authorized economic operator (AEO) status, among others.

She has represented many clients appearing in court as attorney for them in customs and foreign trade matters before administrative authorities and courts of law.
