and generally providing support for their compliance with the regulations that apply to each sector. (ii) Providing advice to oil operators in their processes of making contracts with the National Hydrocarbons Agency (ANH), for the awarding of hydrocarbons exploration and production contracts, and giving them advice in the management and performance of these contracts. (iii) Providing advice to oil field service companies in contract law, corporate law and other legal matters pertaining to their day-to-day operations. (iv) Due diligence studies for eventual acquisitions, and participation in mergers and acquisitions processes. (v) Preparation of legal opinions and other legal advisory work for companies that operate in the hydrocarbons exploration, production and transport sector. (vi) Preparation, review and management of commercial contracts, and structuring of private contract tendering processes. (vii) Providing advice and support in various kind of legal processes involving incorporation of companies, and the transformation and liquidation of companies, different types of bylaws reforms, preparation of more of directors and shareholders meetings records, etc. (viii) Preparation of legal opinions about tax related and commercial matters.
